Meet Dr. Andre Gaultier

I love living in Grande Prairie, and providing dental care to my community and building real relationships in the process. It’s an honor to share in my patients’ lives, to be part of their families, and watch each person grow and change over the years. Seeing families year after year, sharing in their challenges and triumphs, is rewarding.

I’ve been practicing dentistry here since graduating from dental school in 2006. Dentistry is, for me, the perfect combination of intellectual, social, and technical challenges. It is a humbling profession in that I must always strive to achieve perfection in all three aspects, which means constant personal and professional growth.

I’m proud of my staff and the practice we’ve built. We are a small office with a big heart. Each team member enjoys what they do, does it well, and is committed to keeping our patients comfortable and smiling. Because we’re a small practice, our patients see the same people at every visit, ensuring consistency and continuity of care.

We genuinely care about our patients as people and treat each person with respect and compassion. — Dr. Andre Gaultier

Beyond the Practice

Dr. Gaultier was born and raised in the Grande Prairie area. He attended elementary and junior high school in Grovedale and graduated from high school in Sexsmith. His wife Amber, who has a degree in occupational therapy, was born and raised here as well. They’ve been together since high school, were married in 2003, and have three wonderful children — Emma, Lauren, and Wesley — who attend a French immersion school.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Gaultier is usually with his family. The children are involved in many activities, including biathlon, cross-country skiing, swimming, gymnastics, and soccer. In addition to attending and supporting the children’s extracurricular interests, the family enjoys biking, hiking, camping, and skiing together.
